for a focused first deliverable
50 / 50
at launch and on delivery

You have the vision. You need a product to test.

A backlog that keeps growing

Every new idea adds a feature. The essential journey for the first test still needs to be chosen.

A prototype that stays a prototype

The screens exist, but the data, access or workflow are not ready for a real test.

A budget that is hard to commit

Without written scope or a checkpoint, it is hard to know what will be delivered and when you can review it.

The 14-day sprint

The first journey. From start to finish.

The sprint focuses on the central use of your app or SaaS. On day 1, we scope what will be testable. On day 7, we review a first version. On day 14, you receive the agreed deliverable.

Launch my MVP

In your first sprint

  • One priority user journey and acceptance criteria
  • The interface and logic needed for that journey
  • The data and access included in the agreed scope
  • A testable product, code and a next step to scope

Clear terms before we build.

Written scope

We agree on the deliverable and acceptance criteria before launch. Additional requests are scoped separately.

You own the code

You receive the code and access. Your system can keep evolving after the sprint.

Payment follows delivery

A system built by Okys / AI Legacy

An AI idea turned into a product experience.

AI Legacy brings together onboarding, a protected workspace, media analysis and conversations around memories. Okys built an experience connecting voice, video and memory to a user journey.

  • Onboarding and protected dashboard
  • Memories, media and timeline
  • Conversations with an AI avatar

Example of our work. This project’s scope does not represent what is included in a single sprint.

Before your sprint starts.

Can you deliver an entire SaaS in 14 days?

The sprint covers one priority journey with an approved scope, rather than every SaaS feature. Before launch, we define what will be testable and what belongs in later work.

What happens on day 7?

The proposed process includes a review of a first version to check the direction and collect your feedback within the agreed scope.

Can you take over an unfinished MVP?

We first review the code, access and product’s current state. The takeover and any constraints are scoped before confirming the sprint.

When is the €5,000 paid?

Half at launch and the balance on delivery of the agreed scope. You keep the code. Additional features are scoped separately.

What happens after the first sprint?

You can test the deliverable with your users. Their feedback helps decide which developments to scope next. Collaboration can happen remotely, wherever your business is based.

Your next step

Which journey needs to become testable?

Describe your user, their main need and what already exists. A free 30-minute consultation helps review the scope of your first sprint.
