Do we need to replace all our tools?

No. The diagnostic starts with your current setup. We choose one priority workflow and assess possible connections before fixing the scope.

What does the €5,000 price cover?

A first 14-day sprint with a defined, approved scope: one priority workflow, its construction and a testable deliverable. Additional requests are scoped separately.

Does the calculator predict our future savings?

No. It estimates the cost of time spent on the process using your inputs. Not all of that time will necessarily be recovered. The result helps identify a process to examine.

Who keeps the code, and when do we pay?

You own the code and receive access. Half is paid at launch, with the balance on delivery of the agreed scope.

Can we work entirely remotely?

Yes. Okys accepts suitable projects regardless of country. Scoping, collaboration and reviewing the deliverable can all happen remotely.
